This National Union 1LB4 tube was tested on our Paul Hart-calibrated TV7/U for shorts, gas and transconductance. There were no shorts or gas and it measured as follows:
22 where minimum (65%) is 23 and 100% is 35.
It tests just below the cusp, but should work fine, nonetheless.
